Initial Comments:
An offsite follow-up survey conducted on February 15, 2024 found that CC Health Care Agency, Inc., had corrected the following deficiencies cited under 28 Pa. Code, Part IV, Health Facilities, Subpart G. Chapter 601. The deficiencies were cited as a result of a re-licensure survey completed on December 12, 2023.
